|Recommended: YesOverall Rating — This apartment complex is situated in a lovely area. I adore the beautiful view from my apartment. Although there have been minor inconveniences, the management promptly addresses them when reported, usually within the same or next business day. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family. Only a month into my stay, I'm eager to see how my experience with Modera unfolds.

|Recommended: NoManagement is non communicative and a bunch of pricks. Good luck getting a resolution if you have any issues. Also the loudest place I’ve ever lived in. You will hear constant road noise and the resident garage door you can hear from streets away so be sure your apartment does not face Oliver street

|Recommended: NoResident experience deteriorating — 1 It’s hard to control how many visitors are allowed in the pool at the same Time, but it feels small for the amount of residents. Common to see people who are not residents using the amenities.
2 rooftop floor and couches are dirty and you can tell they have not been cleaned in a while .
3 install noise cancellation windows for the 3 rd floor facing Washington avenue .
4 5 months ago , it was common to see events for the residents. For some reason they stopped . No holiday resident engagements or other experiences planned by the community management.
5 outside building area smell like dog pee and some residents don’t pick up after their pets .
