|Recommended: NoCustomer-First Not Guaranteed — Trying to get in contact with someone at the leasing office has been difficult since the beginning. I had to be the one reaching out multiple times to make sure everything was in order. The day of my moving came and once more, I did not get an e-mail or any communication regarding move-in. Mill creek community guarantees “easy come, easy go”. and “customer-first”. However, that has not been the case for me. After move-in, I reached out multiple times regarding reservations and inquired about amenities. I sent an email with no response, I called- no one answered, I even went in person and I was dismissed by a member of the leasing office stating that they were going to ask the manager and would e-mail me. They even wrote it down on a sticky note. Days went by and no one reached out to me. I proceeded to having a get together, cognizant that no reservations were made and was opened to sharing the space. During that time, I had stepped out momentarily, and the assistant manager came in. He proceeded to tell my guest that there was going to be a charge for the amenity reservation and a cleaning fee. However, not once did he speak to me in person and as stated above, had cared to respond to my inquiry. We came early and started to wrap things up around 10pm since we didn’t want to disturb. Around that time, an officer came in stating that the manger had sent him to shut things down. We were already wrapping things up so we quickly left after that. As professional adults, we cleaned after ourselves and left the place cleaner than what it was. There was a lot of dust showing that the amenity hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before. Doors locked before we finished cleaning up so I got up early the next day to finish. I left someone in charge of cleaning the last bit as I headed to work. I was informed that the assistant manager came in once more in the morning and asked my guest, if we had left when the officer had came in or “did he have to check the cameras ”. This was again very unprofessional for him to be questioning my guest and making unnecessary remarks instead of talking to me in person. I’ve yet to receive any type of communication regarding this incident. I have gone multiple times in person to confront this issue but have not been able to as the managers have not been available.

|Recommended: Yes2-Month Review — Poorly designed parking and elevators placements. Elevators are slow. Fire the architects
Main elevator was out of service way too long.
Residents throw thrash in parking garage and it’s there for days. Evict the people that do this
Hall way carpet is stained and should be cleaned more often. What looked like a poor job to clean us dog poop was there for weeks.
But, my apartment and the price is perfect. 👌 Staff people are great and make me feel at home and have become friends
Love the coffee shop but do wish there was other food options in the building. Maybe small deli or drink vending machines.

|Recommended: YesGood place needs noise reduction windows — So far it’s been good. Quality amenities. A little too many people coming in over the weekends from people throwing events or inviting way too many people over to the pool. Perhaps a guest limit should be established when using amenities.
The sound from the train is quite annoying. Windows are not soundproof

|Recommended: YesFlawless leasing experience — I arrived on a Thursday, signed on Friday, moved in on Saturday. Even got a nice welcome gift. Great staff and great amenities. The finishes in the apartment are very modern too.
